I would have to make accounts for every seperate region reason because of this. They have been too lazy to unify account management since the beginning and seperate it from game servers. But try contacting wargaming support, maybe they can sort it out. Did you accidentally create account through Steam in wrong game realm? Well, it's actually your fault. I've hold off on the entire Wargaming line-up because of this and even now there's no solution. Now I basically can't play the game because friends use their local servers and I use mine.
